• Admins reserve the right to temporarily ban any players involved in a ticket investigation without prior warning. These may escalate to permanent bans.
• Tribes may be punished for the actions of a single member.
• Donating does not grant special privileges.

Disciplinary Structure:

1. 1st Offense: Warning (unless serious).
2. 2nd Offense: 24-hour ban.
3. 3rd Offense: 48-hour ban.
4. 4th Offense: Permanent Ban.

• Bans can occur for any offense, even if unrelated.
• Players can be banned from the cluster or Discord for reasons not listed here.
• Warnings are not always guaranteed.

1. Mesh raiding or owning a meshed base.
2. Duping (intentional duplication of items, dinos, or characters).
3. False admin abuse claims or public complaints (must be in a ticket).
4. Bodily harm threats.
5. Any action harmful to server population.

• Sleeping bag teleporting.
• Dino teleporting into restricted areas.
• Meshing (no building or raiding through mesh, inaccessible spots, etc.).
• Leaving TEK generator pulse active (will be redgunned).
• Possession of M.O.M.I. blueprint or crafted version.
• Glitching into banned spots using TEK punch, suit, or other methods.
• Unraidable ratholes are banned (you must be able to enter normally).
• No aggressive dinos blocking mannequin entrances in modded caves.

• Obelisks.
• Terminals.
• Fjordur Portals / Realm Caves.
• Player/Egg spawn points.
• Mini boss arenas.
• Genesis missions.
• Aberration surface entrances (includes Valguero).
• Boss arenas.
• Genesis 2 biome bridges.
• Ragnarok/Lost Island labyrinth caves.

• One cave/rathole and one land/ocean base per map.
• Maximum four bases across the cluster.
• Cannot own two caves/ratholes on the same map.
• No floating structures (except vacuum compartments).
• No meshed turrets.
• No spam outside render of base entrance (including towers, pins, gates, etc.).
• All spam must be within render of your base or cave entrance.

• General Conduct:
• No raft raiding.
• No counter raiding (do not interfere with active raids).
• No teaming between tribes during raids (must remain 1v1).
• FOB Rules:
• Must be within render distance and visible from the enemy base.
• Must include turrets to count as a valid FOB.
• Hidden or turretless FOBs are invalid and may be removed.
• Combat Restrictions:
• No cannon/catapult raiding or defending.
• No tunneling (attacking from unshootable or protected positions).
• No player cycling/merging during raids or defense.
• No caging longer than one hour.
• No forcefields or transmitters used as cages.
• Racers:
• Must have 50% of the body exposed.
• Boxed or hidden racers will be redgunned on sight.
• Ranked Raiding System:
• Tiers: Bob (new/small tribes) → Beta (mid) → Alpha (top) → Cluster Alpha (dominant tribe).
• Who can raid whom: Bob vs Bob, Beta vs Beta, Alpha vs Alpha or Cluster Alpha, Cluster Alpha vs Alpha.
• Open-world PvP: Free-for-all on all maps. Rank limits apply only to base raiding.
• Tier Provocation Rule: Alpha, Beta, and Bob tribes may only raid others within their tier or higher unless provoked by:
  • A recent attack within the last 72 hours.
  • A FOB/transmitter with 10 or more turrets placed within render of their territory.
  • A direct challenge or “pull up” issued publicly.
• Retaliation Window: If a lower rank hits a higher rank, the higher rank has 72 hours to strike back (Cluster Alpha must still post a 12-hour notice).
• Promotion Rule: If a lower rank wipes a higher-rank tribe, they are promoted to the next tier (proof required).
• Cluster Alpha Conduct
• There can be only one Cluster Alpha across the entire cluster.
• May raid other Alphas only once per week per tribe.
• Raid notice required: Post in the Cluster Alpha announcements channel on The Fractured Ark Discord at least 12 hours before the raid begins.
• No instant retaliation raids: Even if recently attacked or challenged (“pull up”), a 12-hour notice is still required before any engagement.
• Failure to announce = administrative action:
  • The offending tribe forfeits the Cluster Alpha title.
  • All Alpha Cluster bases owned by that tribe are transferred to the defending Alpha tribe via admin-enforced changeover.
• Proof for Wipes & Rank Claims:
• Screenshot of the target base before the raid with enemy tribe name visible.
• Screenshot of you inside the base after breach.
• Tribe logs showing damage dealt and structures destroyed.
• Screenshot(s) of your base and Skeleton Tower(s) (for build-based progression).
• Each tower must show tribe name and map location.
• Optional: short video clip or fly-around for faster verification.

Admins reserve final discretion to apply penalties or rulings as needed to maintain fair play and server balance.

• Cluster Alpha and Alphas are expected to set an example for fair play and sportsmanship across the cluster.
• Rule breaking or false accusations will result in loss of Cluster Alpha or Alpha status.
• Activity Requirement: Cluster Alpha and Alphas must remain active on the cluster to retain their title.

• Tribe names must be consistent across maps.
• No inappropriate or generic names: “human”, “admin”, symbols, or barcodes.
• No impersonating admins or interfering with admin activity.
• Admin structures must not be damaged.
• Admins do not play on this cluster.
• If a base has admin mannequins/water veins, it is banned unless custom.

• No harassment, racism, sexism, homophobia, or discriminatory language.
• No offline breeding.
• No real-money trades between players.
• No alt accounts to avoid bans.
• No taxing other tribes.
• No DDoS or threats of it.
• No loophole hunting; use common sense.

• Use trusted traders. No tickets for scams.
• Provide solid proof (not hearsay). Admins are not required to share proof.
• Edited screenshots may result in a permaban.
• All donations are non-refundable; refund attempts = ban.
• Donations are processed in 1 to 48 hours.
• Bribing admins = ban.
• Do not publicly shame donors; their contributions keep servers alive.

• Admin decisions are final.
